Cardamom seeds

Cardamom powder comes from a plant that lives one or two years. It grows in areas with dump. Cardamom blooms during the summer months and cardamom’s seeds are 5-20 mm. Cardamom has a green color with aromatic brown seeds. The ancient Egyptians chewed the seeds in order to refresh their breath. Additionally, Arabs have put cardamom in their coffee and tea; as a result they have had better taste. Also, many believed that cardamom symbolizes the friendship. The Greeks and Romans used it as ingredient in their desserts. Nowadays, cardamom is known for its aroma and flavor and it is added in salads and drinks. Moreover, cardamom has medicinal and aphrodisiac properties. In particular, cardamom powder and seeds are rich in vitamin C. They act diuretic, remove toxins from body and relieve the rheumatic pains. Furthermore, cardamom treats diabetes because clean the blood. It can be consumed in order to open our appetite and finally reduces freckles and skin lightening.
