How to make the best buckwheat salad (for 6 people).
½ cup buckwheat
1 cup water
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
200g feta cubes
Balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the buckwheat. You should mix constantly for a minute. Then, add the water and let it boil until it absorbs all the water. Later, allow to cold (with close lid). Add vegetables, olive oil, vinegar and herbs in a bowl. Finally add feta. You can add more olive oil or rocket.
